If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Guide to making a request for returns and exchanges
Step 1:
Please contact us on kelly@kloskee.com.au within 14 days of delivery and state the reason why you wish to return, or make an exchange for the order. If item(s) arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please attach a clear photo of the damaged item(s) and its original packaging, multiple photos if needed.
Step 2:
Upon approval, please ship the item(s) back to us within 21 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected
Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Exchanges: An exchange item(s) will be dispatch within 7 business days of receiving the item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you, may vary.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
